Food is fuel.  It is absolutely necessary to eat correctly for the body type you are striving for.

If you would like a nutritional analysis the first step is to keep a 7 day food diary.  You need to write down the time and what you ate or drank with a rough idea of the portion size.

I will look at the information on your food diary and make suggestions on how to improve your diet or can even give you a meal plan.

If you are training for a marathon you would need a very different food plan from someone who was looking to 'bulk up' or build their body. Eating correctly for your sport can make all the difference from beating your personal best, winning the race or bench pressing your heaviest weight yet!
