Just as no two people are the same, no two training programs will be the same. Whether you want to lose weight, improve fitness, rehabilitate an injury, gain muscle or restart your fitness regime after pregnancy, I will be there alongside you to motivate you to find the fun in fitness.

As most people's biggest complaint about changing their lifestyle is finding the time, I will take as much stress out of that as possible by coming to you! I can visit you at home, in your gym, at work, at the beach or in the park at a time that is most convenient to you. We can also train virtually, see the Online Training page for details.
Before you even start your first workout, I will give you a complete fitness assessment and discuss your goals with you.
