Pregnant? Just delivered?
If you are exercising regularly and have discovered you are pregnant, its recommended that you continue to ensure easier birth, minimal weight gain and a speedier recovery. Obviously, certain considerations need to be made during each trimester, with my expertise we can do our utmost to ensure a healthy pregnancy.
If you were not previously exercising prior to your pregnancy, this does not mean you shouldn't start, we will start slowly and carefully to help you get stronger before the birth of your new bundle of joy!
Just had a baby? I'm sure you are eager to regain some lost energy from the sleepless nights and build some strength as your baby starts to grow and become much heavier! Its also valuable to have some 'me' time. You cannot just throw yourself back into lifting weights and running marathons, some modifications need to be made in the beginning. your core and pelvic floor need a lot of work! Wether you had a c-section or a natural delivery, with both my pilates back ground and pre/post natal training, I can help you regain (or achieve) a strong core and floor!
